Amarita Vargas has many years experience as a flamenco teacher and performer.

She trains regularly in Spain at  'Amor de Dios' in Madrid and 'Centro de Baile Jerez'.
She also studies with The Spanish Dance Society and La Escuela de Baile in London.

She has taken courses with many great flamenco performers from Spain including, most recently:
Joaquin Grilo, Angel Munoz, Miguel Angel Espino, Javier Latorre, Mercedez Ruiz, Belen Maya,
Andres Pena, Ana Salazar, Rocio Molina, Rafaela Carrasco  and Manuel Linan.

She performs frequently in Oxford and has appeared in full-scale flamenco productions in London at
The Hackney Empire Theatre and Sadlers Wells Peacock Theatre.
