The Oxford Flamenco Academy present regular shows in theatres in Oxford and at community dance events in the region.

Amarita also performs regularly with her professional group of musicians and dancers.

"Amarita Vargas and her flamenco group performed at the Launch Event of the Oxford Castle Site on 1st December 2005. The entertainment consisted of two forty-five minute sets divided by an interval. This was a major launch for the whole of the Oxford Castle site which includes the new Malmaison Hotel and several restaurants including La Tasca. There were over 2000 VIP guests at the launch and the event was featured in OK magazine in January 2006.
    The flamenco performance created a fantastic atmosphere, bringing vibrancy and impact to a dark, rainy winter's evening. Amarita and her group are very experienced professional performers and I would highly recommend them to other event organisers for launch events and corporate functions"
